About Me

I'm not trying to be weird, it just keeps happening. I'm a woman trying to do her best. Sometimes I'm unremarkable, and other times I'm too much and difficult to digest. I often will blog in long, rambling paragraphs that absolutely reveal my lack of formal training on how to write. In a world where formal writing can be generated, I choose now to embrace my chronic lack of formality. I am pretty obviously left-leaning, but I welcome anyone to give my opinions a chance, because I do try to base them in reality as much as I can. Speaking of reality, this whole "Bad Faith" thing I've got going on here is mainly just me being cheeky about my name, the fact that I'm an athiest, and maybe just the prevelance of the term when you're chronically online.
I don't want this website to get that serious, no matter what I blog about! I like fictional characters from cartoons, manga, and video games so I try not to take myself too seriously. I like drawing, painting, listening to music on my MP3, reading books, playing video games, embroidery, and cooking. I have a lot of intrests! I have ADHD so that helps me appreciate all kinds of things and be open to so many new ideas and subjects. I'm always letting myself learn new things, even if it's just a short burst in an evening. I have a particular fondness for art, weird art, art history, and history of objects in general. I love to learn about women's history and lgbt history too, even if it can be a bummer to learn about the depth of our continued opression a lot of the time. I'm always excited to learn about different cultures and meet new people; it's what got me online in the first place! I used to be incredibly passionate about Japanese alternative fashion and fashion in general but I think I've lost a lot of passion for it, now I'd rather have a comfortable and well made outfit over anything else. Perhaps that's a part of getting older for me. Still, I'm very much down to talk about it! I love making stupid gifs!! I also have made blogs and websites for many years growing up, and I was initially drawn to it because of how obsessed I was with a lot of pixel websites I used to check daily. I hope to soon make more pixels besides the ones I made about 10 years ago, because it was really fun! Never feel afraid to email me or comment on my guestbook, I am always excited to hear from someone new!
